Here is a fun tracking tool to make being active a fun game. It’s easy!

  1. Show your family and create a reward for completing the whole activity.
  2. Get moving and play.
  3. For every 10 minutes of activity, color in 1 triangle.

Enjoy your reward for completing Track Your Trails. If you complete 60 minutes of activity each day, this should take you just over 9 days.

Examples of Rewards:

  • Paddle boarding at the lake
  • New shoes
  • Family trip to the movies
  • Visit to the pool and ice cream

Being active together as a family can create the best memories that last a lifetime!
