Fitness Levels

Hy-Vee KIDSFIT has three different levels of physical activity to provide kids of different abilities a starting point. We want all kids to feel comfortable participating in our program. We recommend you begin at the Rookie level and you can change the physical activity level in your settings if you find the Rookie setting too easy.

ROOKIE:         Just starting to exercise or haven’t exercised in six months.

PRO:               Fairly active in sports, dance or some type of regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

ALL-STAR:       Very active in sports or have been exercising 4 or more times per week for 6 months.
