Upper Body Work Wednesday

Wednesday’s are reserved for upper body work! Come ready to train your arms, shoulders and chest.

Upper body strength is important for the things we do every day. Every time we work with our hands or push, pull or lift things we are using the muscles in our upper body. Not only can a strong upper body help us in everyday life, strong muscles can also help keep us from getting hurt.

1. SUPER ARM CURCUIT

  • Get superhero muscles with Daira's super arm circuit workout! Your kids will build muscle and feel the burn with push-ups, plank push-ups, crab toe touches and bear crawls. Now that's a workout!

2. UPPER BODY BUILD
