It's always important to move our bodies, even when we get stuck at home! Over the next few weeks, many children may be away from school and missing their scheduled Physical Education. Hy-Vee KidsFit is here to help! For the next 30 days, we will be sharing a fun activity each day that requires no equipment, and can be done from home!
