Tabata is a type of interval training. Intervals are patterns of work and rest.
In this Tabata challenge, we will do 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. We will complete 2 sets of each movement before moving onto the next. Have fun using your imagination with these FUN animal moves!
