Deck the Halls

Do you have a deck of cards at home or school? If so, grab them! We have a fun challenge for you to do alone or with your friends or family.

Here's How You Do It!

Individual Challenge:

  1. Assign a movement to each suite.
    1. Hearts
    2. Diamonds
    3. Clubs
    4. Spades
  2. Shuffle the deck of cards and lay face down.
  3. Draw a card from the deck.
  4. Perform the number of repetitions of the movement for the suite.
    1. Ace - 1
    2. 1-10 - the number
    3. Jack - 11
    4. Queen - 12
    5. King - 13

Example: 10 of Hearts, Complete 10 Leg Drops. Jack of Clubs, 11 - Plank Twists, Ace of Spades, 1 Frog Jump

Team Challenge:

  1. Separate into two teams.
  2. Assign a movement to each suite.
  3. Shuffle the deck of cards and lay face down.
  4. Teams will alternate drawing a card from the deck.
  5. The team who completes the challenge first, wins the card.
    1.  Each team member must complete the challenge 
  6. First team to XX cards wins!

Example: Team A (3 people) vs Team B (3 people), Team A draws a 5 of Diamonds. Both Team A & Team B start completing 5 Lateral Hops each. Team B (all 3) complete before Team A. Team B wins the card.
