Family Focus: Spiritual Wellness

Practicing spiritual wellness is all about making choices that align with your beliefs and values every day. Discovering your passion or learning what is important to you is the first step in practicing spiritual wellness. Making choices that fuel your passion and make you feel good is a great way to maintain your spiritual wellness. Don't forget to rest and recharge to help make decision making easier!

Try the activities below to work on your spiritual wellness this week!

  1. Read Aloud: The Day the Crayons Quit- Learn how to identify and fuel passion by following along as Paiton reads!
  2. Quiet Time- Taking some time to sit in peace and quiet can allow you to identify the things that matter to you most or
  3. Meditate- Meditation is a great way to clear your mind so you can make good choices. Give it a try by letting Paiton’s voice guide you through this Garden Meditation.
