Happy Father’s Day!

Fathers are pillars in the development of a child's emotional well-being. Children look to their fathers to lay down the rules and enforce them. They also look to their fathers to provide a feeling of security, both physical and emotional.

Did you know fathers who maintain good mental, emotion and physical wellness have kids who have increased self-confidence, perform better in school and get along better with friends?

The father role model can look different in every home and situation. We want to thank and support all families who hold these roles at home and help build positive practices. We challenge you to complete this activity together!

Here's How You Do It:

  1. Learn the movements
  2. Set a timer for 20 seconds
  3. Complete each movement for 20 seconds

Do you want to make the challenge more difficult?

  • Perform additional rounds
  • Increase the amount of time for each movement
