Gratitude Challenge

Embracing an attitude of gratitude can help us look at the situations positivity.

Being grateful is a choice. Help to create a positive space at home or at school and try our Gratitude Challenge!

Here's how you do it!:

  1. Print out the sheet
  2. Fill out at least one box each day.
  3. Repeat.

The more consistent you are with your gratitude, the easier it will be to have a grateful attitude.

Make a goal to fill out the worksheet each week for the month of November. Look back at them and reflect about all the good that is happening around you.
