Create positive experiences when we take care of our bodies. Enjoy this activity you can do together.

Step 1:     PLAY

  • Have your family complete the Valentine's Day Challenge HERE.
  • Record the number of repetitions you complete in the challenge in the BLUE heart

Step 2:     LEARN

  • Have your family read A Handy Way to Eat Right
  • In the RED heart, record an example of each food that would be an appropriate serving.

Step 3:     EAT

 Put your sheet somewhere you can see daily so you and the family can revisit everything you learned!
