Step 1: PLAY
- Have your family complete the Valentine's Day Challenge HERE.
- Record the number of repetitions you complete in the challenge in the BLUE heart
Step 2: LEARN
- Have your family read A Handy Way to Eat Right
- In the RED heart, record an example of each food that would be an appropriate serving.
Step 3: EAT
- Have your family prepare one the these Heart Healthy Snack
- In the Yellow heart, record the recipe to help you remember the YUMMY foods that you used.
Put your sheet somewhere you can see daily so you and the family can revisit everything you learned!
