How to do a Kneeling Superman
The basic Superman exercise helps strengthen your lower back muscles which helps you with your posture and balance.
Get on your hands and knees. Make sure your hands are below your shoulders and your knees are under your hips.
Extend your right arm forward and your left leg backward until they are parallel to the floor.
Bring your left knee and right hand back to the mat and switch to the left arm forward and right leg back.
Repeat 5-10 times each side
Use Kneeling Supermans to warm-up and cooling down after you exercise. Your back and abdominals will get stronger!
