How To Do Reverse Tabletop

Reverse Tabletop is a great yoga pose because it engages all your muscles together and stretches your body. Here’s how you do it.  

Here's How You Do It!

  1. Begin sitting down with your knees bent in front of you. 
  2. Place your hands behind your hips, shoulder width apart. 
  3. Taking an inhale press your palms to the ground and push yourself off the floor lifting your hips towards the ceiling. 
  4. Bring your chest, torso, and knees into one straight line.
