How To Do Tree Pose

Improve balance and stability and strengthen your supporting leg with tree pose.

Here’s How You Do It! 

  1. Start standing with good posture.
  2.  Focus your eyes on something in the room in front of you to gain your balance. 
  3.  Shift your weight to one leg and raise your opposite foot off the floor. 
  4.  Rest the sole of your raised foot on the inside of your thigh. 
  5.  Take a deep breath and press your arms straight up towards the ceiling with your palms pressed together. 
  6.  Make sure you keep your good posture.
