Merry Fit-Mas Challenge

The moment you stop accepting challenges is the moment you stop moving forward. Here is a fun challenge for the whole family.

 “On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a partridge in a pear tree.”

Just like the song except we are going to moving our bodies and challenging ourselves.

For example: 1-Burpee, 2-Push-Ups, 1-Burpee, 3-T-Walks, 2-Push-Ups, 1-Burpee, 4-Leg Drops, 3-T-Walks, etc…..

  1. Burpee (Rookie-Modified Burpee, Pro-Burpee, All-Star-Super Burpee)

  2. Push-Ups (Rookie-Stair Push-Ups, Pro-Knee Push-Ups, All-Star-Push-Ups)

  3. T-Walks (Rookie, Pro, All-Star Same, just modify speed)

  4. Alternating Leg Drops (R, P, AS- Same, just modify speed)

  5. Bench Dips (Rookie-Modified Dips, Pro & All-Star-Bench Dips)

  6. Lunges (Rookie-Stationary Lunge, Pro & All-Star -Walking Lunges)

  7. Calf Raises (R, P & AS – Use to catch your breath)

  8. Crab Toe Touches (R, P & AS – all same)

  9. Sit-Ups (R, P & AS – all same)

  10. Squats (Rookie – Modified Squats, Pro-Squats, All-Star-Jump Squats)

  11. Jumping Jacks (Rookie & Pro - Jumping Jacks, All-Star-Star Jumps)

  12. Plank Twist (R, P, AS – modify by moving to the knees)

Slow and steady wins the race, especially in a BIG challenge like this.
