National Exercise With Your Child Week

Summer is winding down. Carve out 15 minutes or less to complete these Challenges together with friends or family.

Parents - the best way to can get your kids interested in moving more is by moving yourself. Even better, do something together.

Kids - asking your family to complete these challenges can increase your communication and build stronger relationships. We feel better when we talk to each other often.
