Don't limit a Relay Race to running. BE CREATIVE.
Here are some ideas for Relay Races:
- Crab Crawl forwards/backwards
- Bear Crawl forward/backwards
- Side Shuffle
Set up a Relay Race at home with your family or friends! If you have a small group that’s okay. You can time yourself to try to improve your performance.
Set a landmark to race to and then return back to your starting point.
Start with a short distance of 10 yards. When you get stronger you can increase the distance or the number of times each person races.
