Technology has quickly become a basic part of everyday life. The internet itself has only been around since 1983. The iPhone was invented in 2007, which is less than 15 years ago! This means that any child in 8th grade or younger has never lived without the iPhone.

Technology’s integration into daily activities like grocery shopping, studying, or staying entertained has made our lives easier, healthier and happier! It provides kids with many benefits like: 

  • Instant Access to Education
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Improved Motor Skills

However, it is possible to have too much of a good thing! Too much tech is not healthy and can cause:

  • Eye Strain
  • Moodiness
  • Trouble Sleeping
