Super Power Curcuit

What’s one thing that all of your favorite superheroes have in common? They might not all have the same powers or abilities, but they all have incredible bravery. That means that no matter the danger they are up to the task to keep everyone safe. Find your inner hero by training just like a hero!

Here's How You Do It:

1. Follow along with Daira & Kyler to learn some awesome super power exercises

2. Complete three rounds of the circuit

  • 5 Spiderman Crawls

  • 5 Lying Supermans

  • 5 Super Speed Runs x 20 seconds

  • Hammer Chops x20 seconds
