  • Good posture comes from a strong core. Planks are a great way to build a strong core by practicing stability in our abdominal muscles.

Here's How You Do It:

  1. Learn the Moves
  2. Complete 3 Rounds of each movement for 30 seconds
    • Plank
    • Left Side Plank
    • Right Side Plank
