Valentine's Day Challenge

Have fun with this short Play Challenge. You can do this challenge with a partner or by yourself.

The Challenge:  

  • How many repetitions can you complete in 2 minutes?


Here’s how you do it:

  1. Learn how to perform the movements, practice each movement 5-10 times to warm-up.
  2. Start a timer for 2 minutes
  3. Complete as many rounds as possible by first completing 14 partner sit-ups & then 19 Squat High-Five.
  4. After time is complete, record your score.
  5. Try again in 1-2 weeks and try to beat your score to strengthen your heart muscles!
