Valentine's Day Challenge
Have fun with this short Play Challenge. You can do this challenge with a partner or by yourself.
- How many repetitions can you complete in 2 minutes?
Here’s how you do it:
- Learn how to perform the movements, practice each movement 5-10 times to warm-up.
- Start a timer for 2 minutes
- Complete as many rounds as possible by first completing 14 partner sit-ups & then 19 Squat High-Five.
- After time is complete, record your score.
- Try again in 1-2 weeks and try to beat your score to strengthen your heart muscles!
