Here is a fun workout that can test how comfortable you are to push yourself.
Here's How You Do It:
- Complete one repetition of an exercise below then have your partner complete one repetition.
- Alternate counting up to 6 repetitions.
- If you don't have a partner, don't worry- follow along with me as your partner in the video.
If you want to further challenge yourself, increase the number of repetitions.
