Seated Yoga

Take up space and stretch your body with seated yoga! Staying in our chairs can be a timesaver, you can even do it in the car. Movement like yoga, even when seated can help boost your mood as well as your productivity. 

Here's How You Do It:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions
