How many minutes do you move throughout your day? It is recommended that kids get 60 minutes of movement each day. Adding moving not matter our day is important and can benefit us in many ways.

Here’s how daily movement can benefit you:

  • Allows us to take a break from everyday challenges and responsibilities.
  • Helps emotions move through our bodies.
  • Provides an outlet for self-expression.

Heres how you do it!:

  1. Print off our Movement Tracker
  2. Each time you complete 5 minutes of movement, fill in a section of the stopwatch
  3. Once your stopwatch is all filled in, submit your challenge HERE
  4. Try Laminating your worksheet to complete the challenge again!
