Leading up to the holidays can be stressful. Do you know adding in more movement into your days can be a huge stress-relief?

Try these daily movement challenges leading up to your holiday celebration. Add additional movements as the anticipation of your holiday is approaching.

25 Repetitions of Each Movement Daily:

For Example:

Day 1 - 25 Jingle Jacks

Day 2 - 25 Jingle Jacks + 25 Squats

Day 3 - 25 Jingle Jacks + 25 Squats + 25 Plank Twist, continue to add onto each day!

  4. Snow Tube Touch
  5. Mountain Climbers
  6. Pikes
  7. Ski Jumps
  8. Sit Ups
  9. Snow Surfers
  10. Bun Kickers 
  11. Lunges
