Learning the alphabet can be tricky, but it can also be fun! We are going to help you use the alphabet to create your OWN workout. Just follow along on the worksheet below to see how easy it is to add movement into your everyday routine.

Here is an example:

I’m a fifth-grade student who just turned 11 that means I have 5 rounds of doing 11 reps of each exercise. I am spelling my name BEN.

5 Rounds

  • 11 Sit-Ups (B)
  • 11 Mountain Climbers (E)
  • 11 Lateral Hops (N)

Here are some ideas of words you can spell:

  1. School Name
  2. Kids Name
  3. Last Name
  4. Favorite Animal
  5. Favorite Color
  6. Favorite Food

Pro Tip:

  • When you’re Exercising Your Alphabet, time yourself and see if you can improve each round.
  • All workouts are capped at 20 minutes!
