Flexibility - is your body's ability to move through full range of motion.
Stretching - is a technique to improve your flexibility.
Endurance - is the ability sustain effort over time.
Power - is the body’s ability to produce max force in a short amount of time.
Strength - is your bodies ability to withstand great force or pressure.
Balance - is the ability to maintain your body's position while moving or standing still, and to recover if you lose your balance.
Stabilization - is the process to making something more secure and stronger.
Speed - is how fast you can move.
